Supreme Court Finds Ex-Police Chief Guilty Of ‘Economic Sabotage, Theft Of Property’

Flash Back: The former police chief at one of her functions

The Supreme Court of Liberia has unanimously brought down guilty Liberia’s former Police Director Beatrice Munah Sieh-Brown and co- defendants Prince O. A. Akeremi, Manneh Dunn, Kemah Zeon and Nebo Garloon on multiple charges of economic sabotage, criminal facilitation, theft of property and criminal conspiracy.

Bringing down the ruling Associate Justice Sie-A-Nyene Yuoh said the former Police Chief and her associates stole from the Liberia National Police thousands of United States Dollars during her reign as Police Director under the guise of purchasing uniforms for the ERU/PSU of the Police but up to date the uniforms cannot be seen.

Prior to the Supreme Court ruling, the Criminal Court “C” at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia went through the case and also found madam Sieh-Brown guilty following a 12-man jury panel’s decision.
