Ladies & Gentlemen:

Juneteenth reminds me of a famous saying ignored by most American politicians: “United we stand. Divided we fall.” As we commemorate Juneteenth, it’s important to understand Juneteenth is not a time to rejoice or celebrate because our nation, the USA remains deeply divided and it’s falling apart! The following scriptures vividly describe the USA, the world’s only superpower, and what citizens need to do to avert a catastrophic fall of the USA that will cripple the whole world.

If the war in a small country Ukraine is causing troubles worldwide, think-“what if the divided USA collapses”? Only citizens, not politicians can prevent the collapse of America and I’m speaking as an ordinary citizen of Liberia and of the United States because I have experienced war and the collapse of a country from divisions within-I love Liberia and I love the USA:

Revelations 3:17-18 You say, ‘I am rich; I have grown wealthy and need nothing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, white garments so that you may be clothed and your shameful nakedness not exposed, and salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.”

There are so many sins and deadly secrets of America, yet to be uncovered for citizens who pay taxes to keep America going. The truth remains hidden from American citizens and the world. Here is a list of examples of a Book of Revelations of deadly coverups. For two hundred years the American Government told Liberians and the world that Liberia was created by “the American Colonization Society (ACS)”. Furthermore, for 200 years American politicians claimed “Freed American slaves founded Liberia.” In the past 30 years the US Embassy in Monrovia has collected millions of dollars from poor Liberians as nonrefundable visa fees ($150) to enter the US because America claims Liberia is a sovereign country and Liberians are foreigners who must pay visa application fees to enter the USA. The Embassy takes the money and refuses to grant visas to sick Liberians seeking medical attention, Liberian students admitted to American universities, seeking higher education, and worse of all, Liberian parents of American citizens who desire to visit family members.

Last year, a Liberian mother paid $160 twice in a bid to obtain visas to attend the funeral of her child, an American soldier who died in Massachusetts, USA. The mother in question had visited the USA four times in the past, and returned to Liberia. When her daughter, a service woman of the US Army died, she was denied a visa to attend the funeral. I intervened, unsuccessfully. It was heartwrenching for me as a US citizen and a Liberian!

On the other hand, Liberia has never denied Americans visa to travel to the country. In fact, over two centuries, thousands of American citizens fleeing racial oppression in the USA were welcomed to Liberia without visas. Diplomatic reciprocity demands equal treatment but America has ignored the plight of Liberians, including Liberian refugee women with children who were denied access to humanitarian assistance and permits to work in nine (9) deadly winters, spring, summer, and autumn under Obama, Trump, and Biden, for no justifiable reasons, aside from the fact of ther BLACKNESS and low visibility to the American media.

It’s so bad, I have to repeat Revelations 3:17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have grown wealthy and need nothing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. “

The January 6th insurrection uncovered a bit of the shameful nakedness of America but there’s more, a lot more to come!

There are so many Americans and Liberians suffering unnecessarily under the weight of the flawed blueprint and systemic corruption designed by corrupt American politicians who were slave master. The Government of the United States oppressed American citizens-human beings just because of the color of their skin designed by the Almighty. How do I know? Let’s leave Liberian History as taught by our historians trained by American politicians and american universities for the past 200 years. Let’s leave the book of Revelations and the Holy Bible for a moment. Let’s listen to three United States officials of Government speaking in the capital city of Monrovia about the source of corruption in Liberia:

Firstly, US Ambassador Michael McCarthy took a tour around the entire country of Liberia, which American politicians have falsely claimed for over two centuries that it was created by the ACS in 1822, and, or by “Freed American slaves” in 1847. After his tour, the sitting American Ambassador wrote a press release in which he claimed on the airwaves on local radio stations and the BBC Focus on Africa to announce the truth about Liberia: “A country that has been blessed with a bounty of resources, there is only a man-made plague that holds back Liberia today: that plague is corruption. Corruption has been a part of Liberian society for over 200 years.” The Ambassador said.

He continued, “Unfortunately, on the trip, I was startled and deeply troubled to encounter multiple county hospitals that received not one penny of what they were promised in the 2022 budget.  Hospitals on which lives depend, where outbreaks are prevented and suffering is alleviated, did not receive any portion of the US$100,000 or more appropriated by the legislature for them to operate. “

” Lest you think this is the work of one political party, that notion was quickly dispelled by Liberians I talked to. “

“The blocking of resources is so complete that it must be institutional: and the lack of any alarm being raised indicates a syndicate involving players at the legislature, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. “

 According to the sitting US Ambassador corruption in Liberia is systemic and all administrations and all political parties are participants in corruption. The Ambassador also said systemic corruption in Liberia is, “more than 200 years old.”

 If Liberia was born on July 26, 1847, Liberia is only 176 years old. The American Colonization Society was first registered and incorporated in 1831 but the registration was faulty and it was again incorporated in 1837, making the ACS only 186 years old. If the Ambassador categorically states on BBC Focus on Africa that corruption in Liberia is over 200 years old, surely, Liberia’s systemic corruption must be the creation of individuals and entities older than Liberia and older than the ACS!  Given the age of 176, Liberia was not created by Africans or African Americans, nor was it created by the ACS. The Government of the United States of America created Liberia in its own image-red, white and blue, the US Dollar is legal tender-Ten presidents of Liberia were not “Freed Slaves” because the slaves were freed during the administration of Abraham Lincoln in 1865, long after Liberia’s was founded.

The African Americans who settled in Liberia were citizens of the United States of America, according to the deed signed by US Navy Captain Robert Stockton and US Government Agent, Dr. Eli Ayers, Agent of the US Government in December 1821. Their reason for Leaving America was oppression that originated from racist laws codified by Congress, which until 2023 have not been mitigated by Congress.

The ongoing harm against Americans of color, ignored by career politicians in all branches of the United States Government was initiated against Americans by three unmitigated racist laws (crimes against humanity), codified by the United States Congress and signed by three slaveholding presidents, George Washington-The First Nationality Law of March 26, 1790, President James Monroe- a member of the ACS -The Act of March 3, 1819, and President Andrew Jackson- a member of the ACS- the Indian Removal Act of 1830.

According to U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission Joel Maybury, Juneteenth has a special connection to Liberia. In his remarks on Juneteenth, he said that “those men, women, and children arrived in the land that came to be known as Liberia almost a full 41 years before the Emancipation Proclamation.” This means that thousands of African American citizens forced to seek asylum abroad because of oppression by the racist laws codified by Congress were citizens of the United States and not “Freed American slaves.” In fact, with the American Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, and the first Constitution in the United States, the Constitution of Massachusetts, slavery was illegal, leading to the first case law that set enslaved Elizabeth Freeman free in Massachusetts in 1781 (Brom Betts V. Ashley). Furthermore, the Emancipation Proclamation that freed American slaves was signed on September 22, 1862, and enforced on January 1, 1863, decades after Liberia was founded by the United States of America.

The third sitting American Government official, Massachusetts State Representative Ben Swan, in an interview in Monrovia, Liberia hit the nail on the head, “Liberians don’t need a visa to enter the United States because Liberia was the first colony created by the United States. Those who settled in Liberia were American citizens who didn’t need a visa to come to Liberia. They must have thought Africans were fools by telling people who were not free, ‘You are free.’ “

The Attorney General of the United States of America, Hon. William Wirt’s Opinion of Attorney General #229 is the Holy Grail of the origin of corruption in Liberia laid bare at the feet of the Government of the United States of America. Liberia was created unlawfully by high-ranking American politicians who were also slave masters for three purposes:

1. Protection of the values of their private property-slaves

2. Advancement of American domestic policy-preventing slave revolt of enslaved persons in the USA by expelling or deporting American citizens of color to keep enslaved people happy and obedient to their masters.

3. Advancement of America’s foreign policy objectives: patroling of the Atlantic Ocean by the Africa Squadron of the US Navy to intercept and prevent the importation of new slaves and settling the freed slaves in Liberia.

Slavery was still legal in the USA. High-ranking US Government officials owned slaves, including nine American Presidents, including President James Monroe, who started owning slaves at age 16, as a congressman, senator, governor, and even as President, he took his slaves to the White House! Associate Justice Bushrod Washington who was the first President of the ACS owned slaves and he never freed his slaves. James Madison who was also president of the USA and President of the ACS owned slaves. Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court, John Marshall, a member of the ACS also owned slaves.

So, Ambassador McCarthy was right when he said systemic corruption in Liberia is more than 200 years old. How do we get rid of corruption embedded in the DNA and blueprint of Liberia? Can electing new politicians to replace old politicians in the same broken and corrupt system get rid of embedded corruption? By sweeping away corruption by electing leaders of high moral conduct in a systematically corrupt system eradicate corruption? By electing politicians who claim to have international contacts to bring foreign investors to create jobs and eradicate corruption? By electing a rescue team to take over the corrupt system and run it? By electing fixers to take over the systemically corrupt system and run it?

The Bible gives Liberians and Americans two options: “A good tree cannot bear corrupt fruits. Neither can a corrupt tree bear good fruits. We have corruption today because of corrupt men who decided over 200 years ago to sow corrupt seeds that would bear corruption forever. It is impossible to reap good fruits from a corrupt tree, ever. That is why citizens must decide to create a new system of governance designed for citizens to guarantee security, justice, and equal opportunities for all. Such a system cannot be designed by politicians because politicians are merely public servants and not masters. Only citizens as masters can and must design such a system and select public servants to do what citizens want. This is done through Sovereign National Conference assembled by citizens as human beings made in the image of God. Some may think this is not possible because our people are illiterate. However, Sovereign National Conference by citizens has nothing to do with Western education because as human beings, people know what they want for themselves and their children and community. Western education brought colonization and enslavement that dehumanized and devalued people worldwide.

Matthew 12:33 makes the point of a Sovereign National Conference where citizens, irrespective of their tribes, race, and education are capable of creating a new system of governance:

 Matthew 12:33 “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.”

For over 200 years Liberians have been deceived to believe that the corrupt tree would one day bear good fruit if western educated public servants picking the fruits are “good”. Time and again, we have come to see the fruits cannot change until the seed sown is changed. And, just as the slave masters as human beings were able to sow corrupt seeds, citizens, as human beings have the ability to sow good seeds that reflect their values and desires.

How do you build a skyscraper? Most people think you start with the foundations but the truth is all successful skyscrapers begin with a BLUEPRINT.  Building on a corrupt blueprint can only be done by fools. “A foolish man builds his house on sand.” The corrupt slave masters who designed the blueprint for Liberia over 200 years ago knew exactly what they wanted:

“…is most confidently believed, the colonization of the free people of colour, will render the slave who remains in America more obedient, more faithful, more honest, and, consequently, more useful to his master, is it proper to regard this happy consequence to both, as the sole object which the Society hopes to attain..” ACS 2nd Annual Report- Library of Congress

Although America was built on the backs of African slaves, the US Government in 2023 has not confessed the sins of slavery nor has the USA admitted a single African nation into its visa waiver program opened to 40 countries including former enemies of America.

Millions of dollars are being taken from poor Liberian visa applicants denied visas for no justifiable reasons but top opposition and ruling Liberian politicians enjoy American privileges as a green card, and American Passport holders.

Congress is pumping billions of dollars into Ukraine under the guise of defending freedom but Americans living in the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, and Liberians living in West Point are suffering needlessly, thanks to America Colonization. Congress is not pumping billions into the colonies it created to banish Americans.

So let’s talk about Juneteenth and why it’s not a time to celebrate freedom. Ukrainian refugees have been welcomed with open arms but Black Africans, including Liberians are still suffering in the United States of America.

It’s time to reflect not rejoice. Why reflect? It took one hundred and fifty-six years after the Emancipation Proclamation that freed enslaved African Americans, for President Joe Biden to sign legislation on June 17, 2021, making Juneteenth a U.S. federal holiday after Congress passed The Juneteenth National Independence Day Act. 

It took enslaved African Americans 2 ½ Years to hear the news about emancipation. However, officially sanctioned racism against American citizens of color codified by Congress and signed into law by three American presidents embody three unmitigated racist laws that banished American Citizens of color with ties and contributions that predate the American Declaration of Independence.

The racism codified by Congress is dividing America and is still ravaging the lives of Americans trapped in Indian reservations and the American colony of Liberia in West Africa. There has been no confession, no repentance, no restitution, no reparation, and yes, HR40 and S40, bills calling for the United States to study the reasons for the deep division and ongoing hard against Americans can’t pass Congress! It’s time for reflection- WHAT IS WRONG WITH America? Unmitigated racism codified in Congress continues to harm descendants of Americans. Without mitigation of officially sanctioned racism, America is fighting to save the world while losing its own soul, America is falling apart! Mass shootings, homelessness, southern border migrant crisis, congressional gridlock, crumbling national infrastructures…I can go on and on and instead of mitigating the harm, politicians pumping billions of dollars into war and not peace are claiming “We’ll keep doing this as long as it takes…” Citizens are sitting down and there isn’t a single protest against the madness because people are ignorant of the truth and the government engages in perpetual coverups!

The deeply divided “United” States of America, the world’s only superpower has reached its peak and is now descending literally into Hell! America’s free fall into the abyss, which is accelerated and fueled by the love of money, greed, and reckless politicians is preventable if citizens cognizant of the truth can come together and demand an about-face and the rebirth of a new nation committed to the foundational truths of the American Declaration of Independence; “ …We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” 

While American politicians are quick to condemn other countries, including Russia for atrocities in Ukraine, Uganda for laws against homosexual citizens, and China and North Korea for ill-treatment of their citizens and gross human rights violations, the United States Congress and Executive Branch have been slow in acknowledging and mitigation human rights violations and crimes against humanity committed against enslaved African Americans, American Citizens of color, and Native Americans with ties and contributions to this country that predates the American Declaration of Independence. “Charity begins at home.”

Members of Congress have balked at the idea of studying and uncovering the harm of slavery, the brutality of American Colonization, and genocide codified in three unmitigated laws passed by Congress and signed by three presidents of the United States of America.

This is why the Universal Human Rights International (UHRI) on January 18, 2023, presented a petition to Ambassador Michael McCarthy in Monrovia calling for:

Immediate enforcement of Article 1 of the 1824 Constitution of Liberia approved in Washington on May 25, 1825-  “ALL PERSONS BORN IN LIBERIA ARE ENTITLED TO ALL PRIVILEGES ENJOYED BY CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES.” US Visa Waiver MUST be granted to all Liberians immediately in 2023, for Liberians to access quality education, employment, and business opportunities in the United States without visa restrictions! It’s not a favor, it’s an obligation that mitigates 200 years of American Colonization of American citizens!

Refund of millions of dollars in visa fees unlawfully collected from Liberians denied visas since 1990, when a secret unlawful order from the State Department started discrimination against Liberians, in violation of the “equal protection” clause of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution.

Declassification of the racist cable of 1990 that ordered visa denial of all Liberian visa applicants, while ordering visas to be granted to Lebanese and Indians.

Inclusion of all Liberians currently in the United States as beneficiaries of the Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act and refund of all filing fees paid by Liberians, consistent with Section 245(i) of the US Immigration and Nationality Act that exempts refugees from paying filing fees.

Call for citizens to support a Sovereign National Conference in Liberia to design a new blueprint that replaces the broken and corrupt system of governance designed by American slave masters on behalf of the US Government that empower and enrich politicians.

 “Charity begins at home”! Immediate passage of HR. 40 and S. 40  by Congress and inclusion of Liberia and Indian Reservations in the study. If Congress cannot mitigate American Colonization, apologize for colonization and slavery, or even study egregious crimes against Americans, Americans must stop supporting American politicians spending billions of taxpayers’ money in Ukraine to fight Russian Colonization!

On July 25, 2023, the Free Liberia Movement calls on all Liberians who desire the rebirth of a new nation to converge on Benson Street to demand a US visa waiver for all Liberians, abandonment of the 200 years old American slave masters’ blueprint for Liberia, and support a new blueprint and an answer to January 18, 2023, Petition For Healing and Uniting The United States of America and Economic Freedom of Liberia from American Colonization.

By funding elections in Liberia with election laws designed to exclude poor citizens from participation in civic leadership, America has not supported democracy and America must assume liability for victims of ritualistic killings in Liberia during election cycles.

Outrageous and undemocratic requirements for participation in Liberian elections based on Election Laws funded by the Government of the USA-Because the rules funded by the US are undemocratic and the outcomes are bond to be  undemocratic:

While it took two and a half years for enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas to learn about the Emancipation Proclamation that freed slaves in the Confederate States, it has taken more than two centuries for descendants of American citizens of color and Native Americans banished to (Indian Reservations and the American Colony of Liberia) from their native land. Current citizens of the United States from all over the world live in a state of oblivion and ignorance of the truths about the ongoing American Colonization of 516 Native American Nations, including the poorest district in the United States, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota and one of the poorest and corrupt nations on Earth, the American Colony of Liberia. 

The truths about genocide, slavery, and other atrocities of colonization centuries ago remain alive in the face of denials, no confessions, no repentance, no restitutions, and no reparations by Western colonial powers. Ongoing harm against humanity in colonized communities including banished and forgotten descendants of Americans of color are unknown because of coverups. Shameless politicians continue to hide the truth about present and past dirty deeds from current citizens of the United States of America, who are descendants of immigrants from all nations of the Earth. They were welcomed to the “Land of Opportunities” built on the backs of banished Americans with ties that predate the American Declaration of Independence. It’s shameful but only ordinary citizens can redeem and rescue America.

The Liberian Declaration of Independence created a country with a corrupt and broken system of governance designed by white American slave masters, financed by American taxes, and protected by the United States Navy. The broken and corrupt system of governance in Liberia excluded indigenous Africans for over a century. The text of the Deed of Liberia and the Liberian Declaration of Independence is evidence of American complicity in the atrocities of colonization of Liberia:

“We, the people of the Republic of Liberia, were originally inhabitants of the United States of North America. In some parts of that country we were debarred by law from all rights and privileges of man—in other parts, public sentiment, more powerful than law, frowned us down. We were excluded from all participation in the government. We were taxed without our consent. We were compelled to contribute to the resources of a country that gave us no protection. We were made a separate and distinct class, and against us, every avenue of improvement was effectively closed. Strangers from other lands, of a color different from ours, were preferred before us. We uttered our complaints, but they were unattended to, or only met by alleging the peculiar institutions of the country.

All hope of a favorable change in our country was thus wholly extinguished in our bosoms, and we looked with anxiety for some asylum from the deep degradation.

The western coast of Africa was the place selected by American benevolence and philanthropy for our future home. Removed beyond those influences which oppressed us in our native land, it was hoped we would be enabled to enjoy those rights and privileges and exercise and improve those faculties which the God of nature has given us in common with the rest of mankind.

Under the auspices of the American Colonization Society, we established ourselves here, on land, acquired by purchase from the lords of the soil.

Excerpts from the text of the Deed For Liberia prove the entity that created Liberia and who owes all Liberians a duty of care and protection-the Government of the United States. The deed for Liberia was not sent to the American Colonization Society in 1821 because it was not the American Colonization Society that created Liberia. In fact, the American Colonization Society was not even registered or incorporated until 1831 and later reincorporated in 1837.

On the other hand, the Government of the United States passed the Act of March 3, 1819, that authorized the use of the US Navy and appropriated $100,000.00 of American taxes used to create the colony of Liberia. The creation of the colony using taxpayers’ money, transportation of American settlers from the USA to the colony, and purchasing land for settlement using taxpayers’ money were illegal, according to Opinions of the Attorney General Hon Willaim Wirt # 229 dated October 14, 1819. Whether legally or illegally, because the United States created Liberia for its domestic and foreign policy agenda, and to settle American citizens, the United States owes all Liberians; indigenous Africans, and descendants of American citizens a duty of care and protection. The United States has not lived up to its commitments under International law of occupation and American laws.

The racial oppression codified in American laws of March 26, 1790, March 3, 1819, and May 28 1830 continues unabated against descendants of Americans who survived. Thousands of Americans and indigenous Africans died during the Indian Removal and American Colonization of Liberia. These accounts of atrocities are not taught in American history. It was the United States of America, not the American Colonization Society that created Liberia and transferred the project over to the ACS:

To conclude, America is falling apart and only ordinary American citizens can prevent the collapse of this great country. Liberia was not created by the American Colonization Society (ACS). American politicians who were slave masters led by James Monroe created Liberia, not as a democracy but in violation of American laws for the purpose of empowering and enriching themselves and politicians. It makes no sense and it’s a disgrace that an African nation in 2023 is named to honor an American slave master who never freed a single slave. US Visa Waiver for all Liberians is consistent with the American Declaration of Independence and Article 1 of the 1824 Constitution of Liberia is still in force: “All persons born in Liberia are entitled to all rights of American citizens. Liberian politicians will never advocate for opportunities for Liberian citizens, therefore Liberian citizens must advocate for themselves. Juneteenth took 2 1/2 years and freedom for Liberians has taken over 200 years but together, we can bring economic freedom to Liberia through a massive show of support for the US Visa Waiver on July 25, 2023, when we cover Benson Street with everyone seeking a refund of visa application money and US Visa Waiver. Don’t forget, You have not because you ask not. Matthew 7:7  “Ask and it shall be given unto you. Seek and you shall find.
