Open Letter To America: Dear United States And Americans, I Am Not Your Friend

A country like the United States, where being black is a crime to mostly white people across the country, but black leaders been looking for answers since day one to solve these issues. Unfortunately, the white supremacies and the white people with power who run the racist and corrupt system refused to change such behaviors.

However, if you look at the history of the United States, you will notice that white police officers been shooting and killing unarmed black people over a decade. Unfortunately, most of the cases of those killings are still not solve because the police officers who gunned down the unarmed black people across the country are not behind the bar where they should be.

“I’ve seen too many killings and I’ve seen too many innocent black people being put in jails and prisons by white police officers just to ruin their reputations and characters. For real, this needs to stop, but they won’t stop doing that unless we take severe actions towards them. When will this stop?”, Said Mr. Werley Nortreus, the founder of Haitians Lives Matter, while he was discussing these issues on a local Haitian radio station called Bon Déjeuner! Radio or BDR! Live in Haiti.

On Wed, June 3, 2020, then the 26 years old Haitian political leader Werley Nortreus urges black people in the United States to stop voting for the Democrats and the Republicans so the U.S. President Donald Trump and the Democrats won’t be re-elected again because both of these parties are racist and careless about the suffering of black people across the world. However, Werley Nortreus urges black people to start planning to move back to Africa or the places that they came from instead.

“Voting for the Democrats or the Republicans is a waste of time because both parties are racists and they never did anything for the black community. Both parties only care about their white friends.”, said Mr. Werley Nortreus, the Haitian political leader and the founder of Vanyan Sòlda Ayiti and A New Haiti Before 2045 (ANHB 2045).

According to the history of the United States, Americans were one of the white races that kept black people or black Ancestors in slavery for more than 400 years until revolts and revolutions.

“I will never forget how white people kept black people in slavery for like 400 years and how they mistreated and killed black people because of the color of their skin. Dear United States and Americans, I am not your friend.”, said Mr. Werley Nortreus, the founder of Haitians Lives Matter.

Back to the past, over the period of the Atlantic Slave Trade, from approximately 1526 to 1867, some 12.5 million slaves had been shipped from Africa, and 10.7 million had arrived in the Americas. The Atlantic Slave Trade was likely the most costly in human life of all of the long-distance global migrations. The first Africans forced to work in the New World left from Europe at the beginning of the sixteenth century, not from Africa. The first slave voyage direct from Africa to the Americas probably sailed in 1526.

The volume of slaves carried off from Africa reached thirty thousand per year in the 1690s and eighty-five thousand per year a century later. More than eight out of ten Africans forced into the slave trade made their journeys in the century and a half after 1700. Sadly, Slaves suffered a variety of miserable and often fatal maladies due to the Atlantic Slave Trade, and too inhumane living and working conditions. Infant and child mortality rates were twice as high among slave children as among southern white children. Half of all slave infants died in their first year of life. A major contributor to the high infant and child death rate was chronic undernourishment.

“Nowadays, slavery still exists and I am so sick and tired of it. How can I be a friend with the United States and Americans after they done mistreating and destroying a lot of black lives like they don’t matter?”, said Mr. Werley Nortreus on Wed, June 3, 2020, during an interview when describing the murder and humiliation of the 46 years old called George Floyd.
