LIBERIA: Monrovia Suffers Severe Flood As Residents Spend Sleepless Nights

Residents of Monrovia and it’s environs last week suffered from a heavy down pour of rain which led to a complete closure of businesses that rendering several residents homeless

Over two hundred residents of Gbala Suah Community in District #16 Montserrado County are homeless, as a result of massive flooding in the area.

Some of the over two hundred flood victims told our reporter that their belongings including clothes, mattresses and food stuffs got damaged due to the incident.

The flood victims are currently seeking refuge at the homes of family members, friends and community neighbors
