Supreme Court Associate Justice Sie-A-Nyene Yuoh has reaffirmed the Supreme Court decision to restore all benefits of judges and justices that were illegally harmonized by the George Weah’s administration.
According to Justice Yuoh, despite financial challenges from budgetary support, the Supreme Court has continued to pursue an enabling environment for the efficient and effectiveness of justice.
Justice Yuoh furthered that the Court is concerned about the many problems emulating from the lower courts.
