LIBERIA: Nimba County PMC Reportedly Mismanaged US$2.8M

Authorities of Nimba County Project Management Committee reportedly mismanaged US $2.8-million as scores of development projects remain unfinished

The Money was allotted to the PMC at a recent county sitting in Sanniquellie to enable the authorities undertake projects across the 19 administrative districts of Nimba County.

Meanwhile Nimba County Senator Prince Johnson has frowned on the alleged mismanagement of the county fund and expressed disappointment in the County’s Project Management Committee.

Our Nimba County correspondent said the usage of the County Social Development Fund has not been made clear to citizens, as several projects undertaken by the PMC since it was authorized, are yet to be completed.
