LIBERIA: Joint Security Task Force Clears Several Groups To Move About During  SOE Observing

By directive of the Joint Security Task Force Chairman, Police Inspector General, Patrick Sudue through the Deputy Inspector General of Police for Operations, Marvin M. Sarkor, the following business and institutions with proper identification are allowed to travel for work after the 1500hrs State of Emergency (SOE) Curfew imposed by President George Manneh Weah to curtail the spread of the Coronavirus.

Those institutions, businesses, or persons include:

1. Health Practitioners; to include doctors, nurses, midwifery, technicians, etc
2. Security Personnel’s; state and private security officers
3. UN officials
4. Members of the Diplomatic corps
5. Journalists with proper identity
6. Members of the House of Representatives, Senate and Judiciary
7. Essential Government institutions, and employees with proper identity
8. Liberia Petroleum Refining Company
9. Petroleum Companies with proper identification
10. Liberia Electricity Corporation
11. National Port Authority
12. National Transit Authority
13. APM Terminal
14. LoneStar cell/MTN
15. Orange Communication Limited
16. Food delivery companies
17. Building or raw material corporation with proper identification
18. Concession companies
