LIBERIA: Deputy Speaker Fonati Koffa eulogizes The Late LISCR Founder, Sympathizes With Bereaved Family

As Liberia mourn the death of the founder of the Liberia International Ship and Corporate Registry (LISCR) Yoram Cohen, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Jonathan Fonati Koffa was amongst several dignitaries who during the week visited the headquarter of LISCR in Monrovia to extend his deepest condolences to the bereaved family and LISCR for the death of Mr. Cohen.

Speaking further, the House’ Deputy Speaker who appeared saddened over the passing of LISCR’s executive recounted his numerous contributions in the Liberia’s maritime industry, noting that the late Cohen was his big brother as a business tycoon.

He lamented that the late Cohen will forever be missed by Liberia, including members of the legislature for his selfless and supporting services to the people of Liberia over the years prior to his untimely demise, and urged the bereaved to take solace in the Lord as he has gone to rest in the bosom of his creator.

He lauded the late LISCR boss for keeping the registry afloat even in his last days, the footprint he left behind will forever be remembered; he’s never give up, he always had positive approach in his business venture. Deputy Speaker Koffa also disclosed that the late Cohen as a man of his words, “Once he tells you something that he will do, he will do it”, Deputy Koffa recounting the goodness of the late Cohen said.
