In Harper Man, 27, Arrested, Charged For Stealing Cartoon Of Fish

As it is always said, “99 days for rogue, 1 day for master”, exhibited this week in a local community in Harper City, Maryland County when a man, 27 was arrested early Thursday morning, June 24, 2020 by members of a community watch forum for allegedly stealing a cartoon of fish. The alleged rogue has been identified as  Moses Prowd.

According to Sarah Freeman whose cartoon of fish was stolen by Prowd, said Moses Prowd and her daughter Naomi Williams have two girls children but Moses careless to cater to the children, but rather the only thing he is doing is to steal people in the Community. Explaining further, Sarah said, “I give God the glory for bringing him to light, what he has been doing all of the time has come to light,” she noted.

Some others who spoke to our Correspondent explained how they have been victims of the act of Moses who they said he usually carry out stealing in the community, adding, “This is the time for God to exposed him to the Public,” some of the residents who were on the scene told the GNN in a complete dismay.

Following the arrest of Moses Prowd, the Assistant Commissioner of police, Jacob Kumah, expressed appreciation to member of the Community Watch Forum, residents of Hoffman Station Community for their support to the security sector in the county, and further reporting such case to the Police without taking the law into their hands.

Mr. Kumah used the occasion to  call on other communities to do follow the good example of the residents of Huffman Station, meanwhile, Moses Prowd has been charged.
