In Harper: Boy, 4 Drown In Hold Left ‘Uncovered’ During Heavy Down Pour Of Rains

A four years old, Albert Dossen, Jr., on Monday June 15, 2020, reportedly got drown in a hole at the Lake Sharper Community, Harper City, Maryland County after what is believed be a heavy down pour of rains on that fateful day.

GNN Correspondent in the County quoting eyewitnesses said, little Albert Dossen got drown in a hold a resident of the community, Denano David reportedly left  uncovered hold which he dug with the purpose of minding sand to build his house  was left uncovered.

According to some residents who spoke to the GNN, also disclosed that little Albert Dossen Jr along with few other kids were playing around in the community when a tyre one of the was riding fell into the hold filled with water where the kids to decided to find it that eventually led to one of them to drown in the hold.

The residents of Lake Sharper community stated that this is not the first time that kids have been victimized. The Father of the deceased, M. Albert Dossen who cried out in a loud voice, said: “I am regretting the death of my son who I love so much, my Junior Boy, my respectful son we shall meet one day in Paradise,” the father of the late Albert Dossen said.

Meanwhile, GNN Correspondent also said police in the country are investigating the issue, while the father of the dead child is been held for questioning.
