Committing suicide in Liberia is becoming rampant nowadays, with the latest taken place in Bolloh Poe Dorbor statutory district, Grand Kru County recently.
According to the GNN Correspondent in the County, a young man identified as Joseph Sandy who believed to be his early 30s has allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in his bedroom.
The incident occurred took place last Monday September 28, 2020 at about 12pm, the Grand Kru County Police Crime Services Detachment in the County has disclosed.
The told our Correspondent that the late Joseph Sandy was a notorious drug addict from Lofa County , and also a carboy who later on found himself on the gold field as a miner in Grand Kru County. Further investigation on the death of Sandy is ongoing.
