“GT Bank Liberia limited didn’t do me justice as their faithful Customer” – Kailondo Testifies

The Chief Executive Officer of Kailondo Group of Companies, George Kailondo has for the first time breaking silence, says GT Bank Liberia did not treat him good as a truth ful customer to the bank.
The Liberian businessman testifying in open court in the alleged Theft of property misapplication of entrusted property and criminal conspiracy case before criminal court C, judge T. Ciapha Carey, said if the bank had treat him right they was not going to result to court.
He narrated in his testimony that in December of 2014 he opened an account with GT Bank Liberia with the initial deposit of two millions united States Dollars.
Following the deposit he then requested the bank to issue a letter of credit in the tune of three million U. SD which was granted by the bank.
George Kailondo maintain that the credit was intended to have an agent supply his company with five metric tons of petroleum products .
He said following some business transactions and the overwhelming debt the bank kept imposing on him led him to haring an audit firm to conduct an which disclosed that the bank had done several buggers withdrawers from his account.
Kailondo, noted that GT Bank created an extra account where they begin transferring his money without proper accountability.
Due to the many confrontation from the bank through its executive director and manger, he then decided to write the central bank of the Liberia including the Ministry of justice but did not materialize.
