Grand Bassa District #2 Lawmaker Endorses Findley’s Senatorial Bid

Representative Mary Karwor of electoral District# 2 has overwhelmingly endorsed the Senatorial bid of Gbehzohngar Milton Findley for the pending December 8 election in Grand Bassa.

The Representative is a member of the Opposition Collaborating Political Parties (CPP).

Speaking at an installation program in district #2 over the weekend,  the electoral district # 2 lawmaker said  the only hope and alternative for Grand Bassa is Gbehzohngar Milton Findley.

She mentioned, that only Findley can free and redeemed the good people of Bassa from poverty and captivities.

The Lawmaker stressed “Findley has been the only person who has done tremendously well in my district by providing several drums of fuel oil for road rehabilitation “.

She further explained; “when someone performs well, it’s good to pay the person back with the same good and so, it is upon this backdrop, that my people and I decided to endorse Findley “.

Madam Karwor made it clear that she’s not supporting Sen. Nyonblee Karnga Lawrence a member of CPP.

“Senator Lawrence has never been a help to my District since she was elected as a senator and so I feels that she’s not the right person for the job”.

For his part, Hon. Findley thanked the citizens of Johnnie Diggs town for organizing a unique program in honor of him.

He promised to work with Superintendent Janjay Baikpeh and Hon. Mary. Karwor to construct a bridge,  palava huts, clinic amongst others for the district if he’s given the opportunity

The former Minister encouraged the youths, elders, traditional leaders, and women to vote wisely and not to make the same mistake back in 2014.

He said, when elected, the people of Bassa will have good health care facilities, job opportunities amongst others.

The program was graced by Hon. Matthew Joe, Hon. Mark Vambrant, Hon. Greene, youths and elders, traditional leaders and women wing.
