Good News: As Development Phase of Hilton Hotel Monrovia Kicks-off In Nairobi

There seems to be a big boost for the investment climate under the CDC-led Government as the construction of the multimillion five stars Hilton International Hotel commences soon after the kick-off meeting with stakeholders from Hilton, Moneo Architects and the construction engineers from Zakhem International Construction Company are being held in Nairobi, Kenya.

According to Mr. Chukwunonso Vincent Iweanoge, Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality Concept and Allied Services Limited who is currently attending the Kick-off Meeting and presentation in Nairobi, Kenya, the meetings between Hilton representatives, Hospitality Concept and Zakhem International Construction Company was successful, and further noted that he foresees the early arrival of the construction engineers and related stakeholders, consultants and professionals into the country soon.

Mr. Iweanoge, commonly referred to as “Vincent”, further noted that a splendid PowerPoint presentation was made by Luis Moneo Elejabarrieta of Moneo Architects of Barcelona, Spain and Architect and Design Consultant for Hospitality Concept and Allied Services Limited during the “Kick-off Meeting and Program” with executives of Hilton, to include Mr. Bradley Boulle, Project Director, Architectural Design and Construction (Africa and Indian Ocean), Moneo Architects and Zakhem International Construction Company including its Vice President, Mr. Ibrahim Zakhem and Project Proposal Manager Madam Nicole Zakhem who appeared overwhelmed with the project, and assured Hospitality Concept and Allied Services Limited of their readiness to visit Liberia and commence engagement exercises once an invitation is extended them.

The kickoff of the development and subsequent construction phase of the Hilton Hotel in Liberia, which is expected to entice investors, business travelers and tourists and create hundreds of  direct and indirect employment opportunities.

These opportunities will make available jobs and income earning opportunities to jobless Liberians, while creating an opening gap for those wanting to come to Liberia, which will further boost Liberia’s potential investment opportunity for the ruling CDC-led Government.
