EFFL Announces Major Mass Protest Against Government On Monday On The Whereabouts Of ‘Missing LD16 Billion’

Members of the Economic Freedom Fighters of Liberia (EFFL) have announced of a mass protest throughout the Country against the Liberian Government to take place on Monday, September 24th, 2018 on the reported missing of Sixteen Billion Liberian Dollars which was brought into the country in a container at the Freeport of Monrovia.

According to the head of EFFL Emmanuel Gonquoi, which was posted on social media, all Businesses, Schools, Private and Public Entities are asked to close their doors on that day, September 24, 2018 while parents or guardians should keep their children home taking into consideration the national security implications.

EFFL has also declared a National State of Emergency as she Build-Up towards officially announcing the EFFL PROTEST DAY in search of our missing money. All fighters are mandated to assemble on  Benson Street around the US Embassy in the morning as early as possible as we join other other Civil Society Organizations and Pressure Groups to parade  down town Monrovia ending up at the Center for the Exchange of  Intellectual Opinions (CEIO) on Carey Streets.

The parade will be led by our Commander-In-Chief, Emmanuel Gonquoi  follow by the Central Revolutionary Council and the National People’s Assembly of the Uncompromising EFFL and encourage all well meaning Liberians to join the struggle in search of our L$16billion.

The EFFL calls on all Liberians to begin having consultations with each other as we prepared to officially announce the EFFL Protest Day.
