In his bid to providing better learning atmosphere to Liberia’s future leaders, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, and District two Representative of Grand Kru County, HonCllr. Jonathan Fonati Koffa seems over overwhelming as beneficiaries of his scholarship programs appeared to be joyously pleased of these opportunities.

Dozens of students from grade schools to college level have been given the greater opportunities in their lives to be awarded several scholarships by their lawmaker, and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives; his generosities to everyone who came his whether they are his people or not has been noticed.

“This man is a God’s sent angel who has million things in my life by putting my children on his scholarship program, I am indeed grateful to this man, he will forever be remembered,” a parents of one of one of Representative’s scholarship beneficiaries in a chat with the GNN happily expressed her joy.

Recently, Deputy Speaker came to the aid of a Liberian medical doctors furthering his medical study in Cardiothoracic Surgery (Heart, Lungs and diseases of the chest) at the Addis Ababa University, Dr. Jonathan Minagogo Hart by settling his financial obligation with that institution after he was stranded with the tuition payment off US$26,270.00 excluding rent and transportation. This payment was due after the failure of the Liberia College of Physicians and Surgeons scholarship to fulfil its obligation.

But with the support and financial assistance from the Grand Kru County lawmaker, HonCllr. Fonati Koffa, Dr. Hart was able to return to his campus in Addis Ababa with smile on his face, praising God for given the Deputy Speaker the strength and financial power to rescue him.
