COVID-19 Update: As Confirmed Cases Climb To 681, Doctors, Nurses Test Positive At Phebe Hospital

Several nurses and the head doctor at one of Liberia referral’s Hospitals in Bong County, have been tested positive of the Coronavirus, a situation that said has created fears to many of the patients at the hospital.

According to report, the head doctor Dr. Jefferson Sibley, and his nurses who all have tested positive have been quarantined in the county.

In a related development, the Incident Management System of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) has announced as of June 24, 2020, 19 new confirmed cases have been found making the total of 681, with 34 deaths.
