Dozens of young women and men in the ongoing anti-rape campaign marched through our streets of Harper City, and the commercial city of Pleebo in support of the campaign.

A group under the banner Citizen United to End Sexual-Base Violence during the well-attended protest called on the Liberian Government to speedily act in curtailing the high wave of rape cases in the county.

The petition was presented to the acting Superintendent of the county who is also the County Inspector, Mr. Hodo Clark, who assured the protesters that their concerns will be looked into, and later addressed
