Bats invade Ganta United Methodist Hospital
Bats have reportedly invaded the Ganta United Methodist Church Hospital in Nimba County and halted its normal activities.
Sources in the County said hundreds of bats during the weekend swam the hospital building, leaving the hospital staff and others in a state of confusion.
Correspondent Kannay Ziamoin Ganta said the bats have always used big trees around the hospital for shelter but were on Tuesday morning seeing in large number disrupting hospital functions.
Correspondent Ziamo said hospital officials in collaboration with the Ganta City Corporation have finalized plans to hire the services of experienced and accredited hunters to gun the bats down.
