AU Trading Company Embarks On Cleaning Up Campaign In Monrovia, Ahead Of President – elect Inauguration
Africa Union Tradiing Incorporated, an international based company operating in Liberia has ended its first phase of a cleaning up campaign initiative in Monrovia and its surrounding.
The cleaning up campaign intiative brought together several youth groups from various communities in Monrovia and its environ to clean up the city.
The cleaning up exercise headed by Pastor Obunikem Justin Ndebuee and Dr. Patrick High from the company branch in Liberia.
According to the company Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Eric Oppong Twum, the just-ended cleaning up initiative was meant to support the government of Liberia in maintaining city’s cleanliness before the innuaguration of Ambassador Joseph Boakai and Jon. Jeremiah Koung on January 22,2024.
This initiative was carried out in various streets in Monrovia and its surrounding.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company further noted that the company is gearing up to help with the sanitation and roads connectivity in Liberia for the incoming government.
According to Twum, Africa Union Trading Company is set for the establishment of factories, and processing of unfinished goods and the creation of jobs, among others, in the country.
