At Grand Gedeh IMS Meeting, Dr. Kromah Caution Citizens, Releases Latest Updates

Addressing stakeholders including county officials, members from the NGOs community and others at the Grand Gedeh County Incident Management System (IMS) meeting recently, the Chief of Medical Staff, Dr. Varmuyan A. Kromah, who is also the Case Management Pillar Lead at the Martha Tubman Memorial Hospital has cautioned the people of the County about the danger of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Speaking at IMS meeting at Zwedru City Hall today, Dr. Kromah gave update from the Grand Gedeh County treatment Unit, noting that 7 cumulative confirmed cases, 4 recoveries, and 3 active confirmed cases.

Dr. Kromah further disclosed that all of those cases are adults, noting that there are no new case, and no death as of Aug 6, 2020 .

He used the occasion to emphasize the importance of preventive measures against the Covid-19 pandemic.

In response, the people of Grand Gedeh through the office of the Superintendent commended Dr. Kromah and his  team for the care given at the Coronavirus Treatment Unit (CTU).
