Barely a day after it was speculated that the Liberian leader, President George Weah was tested positive of the deadly Coronavirus, several lab technicians at the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) are said to be undergoing investigation at the National Security Agency (NSA) as to who made such disclosure to the public.
According to a local radio station, the OK FM, quoting sources at the National Security Agency confirmed that lab technicians from the NPHIL were undergoing investigation at the NSA as to who revealed information from the NPHIL lab that the Liberian leader was tested positive.
In a related development, in order to dispel speculations that he was being tested positive of the Coronavirus, the Liberian leader was seen in public distributing COVID-19 preventive materials, including face masks to members of the security agencies around Monrovia and its environs.
