“The Arrival Of Medial Team From The U.S. Is Overwhelming” Liberians Speak

Hundreds of Liberians who over the years have been yearning for solution to their critical medical problems that cannot easily be catered to due to the lack of financial support backed with the shortage of specialized doctors to cater to their health needs are expressing their gratitude for the arrival of the Liberia Medical Mission from the United States.

The team to Liberia comprised of specialized doctors to doctors and nurses are currently visiting Monrovia slum communities examining the health problems of Liberians who are in dare need of medical treatment, as dozens including all category of individuals queued out to be examine by these visiting doctors and nurses from the U.S. based Liberia Medical Team.

The head of the Mission, Joseph Sackor who humanitarianism appeared ready to coming to the rescue of his fellow compatriots (Liberians) speaking at one of the centers, Mr. Sackor urged the Liberian government to place more emphasis of the health needs of its citizenry, and further promised that while the team is in the Country, Liberians who are finding difficulties in their recovering of their health will be catered.

Speaking to some of the beneficiaries of the Liberia Medical Mission in the Township of West Point and the Borough of New Kru Town, all of them expressed gratitude to the Mission, noting that its support to the healthcare system of the Country is highly appreciated.

“I am indeed grateful the doctors and nurses from the Liberia Medical Mission for their work since their arrival in the Country to provide professional health services to us; we are indeed grateful,” Mary Daniels one of the beneficiaries of the Mission speak8ing to the GNN stressed.
