WoGeS Holdings Liberia Inc. Christmas Message

On behalf of the Board of Directors, the CEO, Management, and Staff, as well as the entire community of motorcycle riders, car drivers, passengers, pedestrians, road accident victims, and all road users across Liberia, WoGeS Holdings Liberia Inc. extends warm and heartfelt greetings during this festive season.

WoGeS Holdings Liberia Inc., regulator of the adopted American Road Safety Culture of Training and Evaluation Before a Driver’s License Is Issued, wholeheartedly salutes the Commander‑in‑Chief of the Armed Forces and President of the Republic of Liberia, the Vice President, Members of the Senate and House of Representatives, the Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, all courts of Liberia, the gallant men and women of the Armed Forces of Liberia, the Ministers of Education, Justice, Transport, Public Works, the Road Safety Secretariat, and all civil servants for their dedicated service to the nation.

We also extend our appreciation to the Diplomatic Community accredited near Monrovia, foreign business partners, importers and dealers of motor vehicles and motorcycles, operators of driver education institutions, and the Liberia National Police for their continued collaboration and support.

As President Boakai’s ARREST Agenda begins to release portions of its Public Safety component—including a comprehensive road safety curriculum to replace the outdated 1972 Vehicle and Traffic Laws—Liberia is entering a new era of standardized driver training and evaluation before the issuance of a driver’s license. This transformation is essential to reducing accidents, deaths, injuries, and lawlessness on Liberia’s roads.

WoGeS, Liberia’s premier Road Safety Training Advocate since 2008, assures the Government and people of Liberia of its unwavering commitment to public–private partnership. In alignment with the UN 2nd Decade of Action for Road Safety (2021–2030), the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and with the support of the international donor community—including Germany, GIZ, the United Kingdom FCDO, the African Development Bank (ADB), the European Union, the Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF), Road Safety Action International (RSAI), the National Road Fund of Liberia (NRFL), Liberia Traffic Management (LTM), the World Bank, the OPEC Fund for International Development, the Mano River Union (MRU), and all other valued partners—WoGeS calls on all residents and visitors to join in this national effort.

With these new curricula and policies now emerging, we can work together to train to international standards, drive with care, respect fellow road users, and support the Liberia National Police in enforcing all aspects of the new Vehicle and Traffic Laws to save lives and protect property.

As we celebrate this season, we wish you all a warm and joyful Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2026—one filled with fewer accidents, safer roads, and renewed hope for a better Liberia.
