With Just 14 Days For October 10 Election, Opposition Unity Party Takes NEC To Court

For the delay to publish the Final Registration Roll (FRR) ahead of the October 10, 2023 general and e presidential elections, the opposition Unity Party (UP) has reportedly taken the National Elections Commission (NEC) to court.

According to Spoon Network, the Party filed a petition for a Writ of Mandamus before the Honorable Supreme Court, in the wake of the NEC’s delay in publishing the Final Registration Roll
