It happened around 10:30 p.m. near St. Nicholas Street and Menahan Street in Bushwick.
Sade Sanchez, 24, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds to her torso.
Police say they are looking for her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Rivera.
Sanchez was taken to Wyckoff Hospital where she later died.
