Indian Community Presents Server to Labour Ministry

The Association of Indian Community of Liberia has presented one new modern server to the Ministry of Labour to enhance the operation its new website.

Making the presentation on behalf of the Indian Community the Acting President, Mr. Pradeep K. Babani said that his community was pleased to support efforts by the Ministry of Labour to providing information on happening in the labour sector of the country.

He pledged the Indian Community preparedness to working with the ministry on any future development and promised to provide a technician to carry out installation of the server whenever the ministry is ready. Other members of the Indian Community delegation present at the Ministry of Labour were, Mr. Umesh Kourani, Treasure, Mr. Praderp Sachdva and Deepak Lakhati members.

Receiving the server on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, Minister Moses Y. Kollie, thanked the Indian Community for the Presentation noting that the presentation of the server to the ministry came at the right time when it has just launched a new website.

“On behalf of the Government of Liberia and administration of the Ministry of Labour we want say a big thank you to the Indian Community for this donation and look further to future cooperation between the Ministry of Labour and the India Community.

The presentation of the server took placed in the conference room of the Ministry on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 in Monrovia.

It can be recalled, that the Ministry of Labour with support from the MCC Compact Project launched its official website for the effective dissemination of information on the activities of the Ministry.

The website was officially launched by Hon. Augustus J. Flomo, Deputy Ministry for Economic Management, Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) at the Ministry of Labour in Monrovia on Thursday, August 23, 2019.
