After Winning Several Int’l Accolades, Including Liberia’s Presidency, Ex-President Craves For Kung Fu Award
George Manneh Weah, the former Liberian leader will forever be remembered for winning several international accolades including African Best, European, and World’s Best in the world of soccer, and was admired globally for his professional services, and later became President of the Republic of Liberia; serving for a six years term.
Now the ex-Liberia President is said to be craving another accolade, this time in Kung fu or Kungfu refers to the Chinese martial arts also called wushu and quanfa, it can be traced back to ancient China, where it developed as a means of self-defense and combat training. One of the earliest recorded references to Chinese martial arts comes from the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine, which dates back to around 2600 BCE.
In recent days, the social media has been engulfed with trending video about the ex-Liberian leader, George Manneh Weah who and his Pideo residential Aide, Sekou Kalasco Damaro were seen somewhere in Monrovia practicing ‘Kung Fu’, a Chinese martial art; a self-defense and combat training.
