Fuamah Residents want Nigerian Doctor Change at Bong Mines Hospital in Bong

Residents of Bong Mines in Fuamah District Lower Bong County have signed a resolution rejecting the Nigerian Doctor assigned at the Bong Mines Hospital in Fuamah District.
The resolution was signed by aggrieved residents of Fuamah District including Muslin, the Community and some stakeholders but the Clan chief, Paramount chief and the district Commissioner refused to sign the resolution on ground that the idea to remove the Nigerian Doctor assigned at the Bong Mines Hospital in the District is not genuine.
It can be recall that recently inhabitants of Fuamah District in Lower Bong County have been expressing bitterness over the assignment of the Nigerian Doctor Francis Obeyarsee who is currently assigned at the Bong Mines Hospital, accusing him of collecting fees from them.
According to our Bong County Correspondent, the citizens were also accusing the Nigerian Doctor of not discharging his duty professionally at the health facility.
According to our corresponding the citizens alleged that the Nigerian Doctor Francis Obeyarsee is in the constant habit of collecting money from patients in order to carry on surgery and other medical work that should be free of charge.
Our Correspondent says, the citizens have stated that if the Ministry of Health does not remove Doctor Francis Obeyarsee, they will take a radical approach immediately.
The Bong Mines Hospital in Fuamah District has two Medical Doctors, including Doctor Alexander Togbah and the embattled Dr. Francis Obeyarsee.
The district number seven residents are meanwhile calling on the Health Minister Dr. Willimena Jallah and the Chief medical Director of Liberia to reassign Dr. Obeyasee to another health center.
Our Correspondent says the administration has since refused to speak with the media on the citizens’ concern.
