US President Biden And Others Visit To Israel, July 13 to 15 July 2022, Gov’t Releases Colander

According to a special communication from the Prime Minister’s office and addressed to all local and international journalists ahead of the upcoming visit of the United States President, Joe Biden and others, the communication issued said::

Dear journalists,

Ahead of the upcoming Presidential visit, please be advised:

* The only event open for coverage is the official welcoming ceremony at Ben Gurion Airport, on Wednesday, 13 July at 15:30. There will be speeches by US President Joe Biden, President Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Yair Lapid.

There is no need to register for this event; however, a valid GPO card plus your passport (or Israeli ID) are required for entry. Please arrive at Terminal 1 at 12:00.

  • * All other events will be covered by pools only and / or official photographers. The pools will be coordinated by the President’s Residence, the Prime Minister’s Office and Yad Vashem.

* The full schedule is still unavailable and will be issued as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience.

* The visit will be broadcast live at

* A Gala Evening in honor of the visit of U.S President Joe Biden, in the presence of U.S Ambassador to Israel Thomas Nides and Mayor of Jerusalem Moshe Lion, will be held on Tuesday at 19:00 at the “Touro” restaurant, 2 Nachon St., Jerusalem. Journalists (only) are welcome to register here.

* The GPO will operate a press Center at Mishkenot Sha’ananim Cultural and Conference Center at 2 Nachon St., Jerusalem. The opening times are: 13 July, 13:00-21:00; 14 July, 08:00-20:00.
