In Lofa County Senatorial By-Election, UP Candidate Seems Optimistic

UP Political Leader, Joseph Boakai being received by citizens

As the campaign for the Lofa County senatorial by-election gearing up in the county, report say candidate of the former ruling party, the Unity Party, Galakpai Kortimai is said to be making headway as the political leader of the UP,  Joseph Boakai describes himself as a traditionalist; calls on opposition members and partisans to support UP Senatorial candidate, Galakpai Kortimai

The Unity Party delegation in Lofa is witnessing party officials including Montserrado County District #10 Representative Yekeh Kolubah.

Amb. Boakai in a welcome ceremony stated that he is man of traditional and has decided to present Senatorial Candidate Kortimai as the right man for the senatorial seat.

According to him, the people of Lofa look over to him for direction and as such he will advise them on the proper political move.

He wants the citizens of Lofato elect Mr Kortimai at the Lofa polls on June 28.
