President Weah Presents US$10K To PUL

As Liberian Journalists observed this year’s World Press Freedom Day (WPFD), the Liberian leader has presented a cash of Ten Thousand United States Dollars to the Press Union of Liberia.

Making the presentation to the President of the PUL, Charles B. Coffey, Jr., the Dupty Minister of Information for Public Affairs, Jarlawah A. Tonpo said the presentation by the Liberian leader is in no way for the media to baffle their professional reportage.

The amount was presented onward by the Superintendent of the county to the PUL President.
