LIBERIA: Professor Samuel Kpanbayeazee Duworko Is Dead

The Liberian media community is once more bereaved following the death of the Executive Director of the Liberia Media Center (LMC), Mr. Samuel Kpanbayeazee Duworko early this morning; August 27, 2020 at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital.

The late Doworko, affectionately call ‘SK’ has not been too well for couple of months, prior to his death.

He served the Press Union of Liberia (PUL) as one of its key facilitators to train Liberian journalists, and was considered as a committed mentor for the PUL.

His appointment at the LMC was a result of the death of Lawrence Randall, a founding Executive Director of the LMC.
