COVID-19 Cases Update: Montserrado County Remains The Hot Spot, As 204 cases confirmed With 35 Deaths Reported

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Public Institute of Liberia (NPHIL) as of today’s dates, May 10, 2020 announced 5 cases bringing the total to 204, while the number of persons who have died of the virus climbed to 35 including 2 health workers .

Of the total of cases confirmed today, 3 are in Montserrado County, while 2 are in Gbarpolu County, with 62 patients still in isolation, 85 patients have been integrated. According to authorities Montserrado County remains hot spot of the disease at 88.2%.

2,2321 contacts recorded; 66 (2.8%) testes, while 1463 completing14 days; 892(38.4%) are undergoing active follow up; 78 high risk remain under observation; 35 health workers confirmed positive with COVID-19
