
As the deadly Coronavirus devastates the world with loss of millions of lives, the Liberian Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has with immediate effect ordered the closure of all Liberia’s diplomatic missions around the world.
Speaking to reporters in the Port City of Buchannan, Grand Bassa County Monday, April 6, 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gbehzohngar Findley said this decision was a result of the COVID-19 devastation around the world, and further noted such decision will remain if full until the end of the crisis.
Meanwhile, Minister Findley has called all ambassadors accredited to these countries by the Liberian government to operate from their respective homes, and avoid any further health complication.
