LIBERIA: Man, 21, Commits Suicide In Maryland

PLEEBO, (LINA) – A 21 year-old man identified as Nathaniel Green has committed suicide in the Zone #11 Community in Pleebo, Maryland County.

Though no formal reason has been given for his action, the victim’s father, Samuel Kyne, disclosed that the deceased had been suffering from Osteoporosis on his left foot for the past ten years.

According to him, Oldpa, as he was affectionately called, has been taken to several places, including witchdoctors, hospitals and prayer services, but his health could not be restored.

He said medical reports have attributed the victim’s action to too much stress and worry.

Green was discovered dead at about 6 p.m. on Monday, October 14, in a local prayer yard owned and operated by Prophetess Josephine Weah where he had been seeking healing for the past three years, according to his father Samuel Kyne.
