Police: Man broke into woman’s Brooklyn home, raped her

Police need help finding a man they say broke into a woman’s Brooklyn home Saturday night and raped her.

The city police department said it wants to find the man seen above.

Police officials said the man sexually assaulted the 24-year-old woman around 10:35 p.m. while she was sleeping in her Bushwick apartment near Halsey St. and Central Ave.

He fled the apartment after the victim fought him off, according to officials.

Officials said she was taken to a local hospital, where she was treated and released.

The man is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds, last seen wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.
