Liberia Cultural Ambassador Announces The Holding Of The7th Edition Of The Golden Image Award

The Founder of Liberian Crusader for Peace, and Liberian Cultural Ambassador, Juli Endee today announced the holding of the 7th edition of the Golden Image Award and the National Kukartorno Peace Festival at the end of July, 2017.

Making the disclosure at the Ministry of Information regular press briefing, the Liberian Cultural Ambassador said this year’s celebration will be a special one due to the presence of local and international dignitaries at this unique occasion.

She said during this program, the Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf will be awarded with the 2017 Golden Image Award, noting that her contributions that led Liberia to be peaceful for the years she served will be remembered.

And further noted that the selection of President Sirleaf was done after the shortlisting of several world leaders, including German’s Angela Merkel, the Liberian leader was selected as the recipient of the 2017 Golden Image Award.
