A Miss World Australia finalist, Elyse Miller-Kennedy has lost her life in a tragic auto crash.

Miller-Kennedy died after a head-on car crash with two French tourists, who were reportedly driving on the wrong side of the road.

The17-year-old, Queensland State’s entrant to the 2016 Miss World pageant, passed on, Thursday night, after being bed-ridden for over a week with critical head, chest and torso injuries.

Madeline Cowe, Miss World Australia, said that the Australian pageant community is mourning the loss of the girl who was “so mature, so happy and full of life.”

She described her as a ‘’beautiful, amazing girl both inside and out and she could have done anything she wanted to.’’ READ MORE OF THIS STORY
