Diana Fatou, a Liberian lady is among group of women who have been convicted of various crimes in a South African women prison, the Lang’ata women’s prison going through discipline of yoga as a source of peace in their various detention centers.

The offenders while in prison are understanding the value of freedom while going through their yoga excises, how exactly are they coping with this situation; being locked up away from home has its own unique challenges.
