Other members of the committee are Gender Minister Julia Duncan Cassel, Nimba County Superintendent Fong Zuagele, Madam Medina Wesseh, Cllr. Gloria Scott and Mr. James Davies, among others.
The UP 2016 National Convention, which runs from July 7-9, will be held in Gbarnga, Bong County.
Speaking to the Liberia News Agency recently, Representative Moye said the committee was not set up to only ensure the conduct of the convention, but is also charged with the responsibility to settle the internal wrangling within the party.
The Bong County lawmaker said the UP convention will bring together scores of partisans, sympathizers and well-wishers of the party from across the country and the Diaspora.
He explained that the convention will discuss several issues, including uniting its partisans to better prepare the Unity Party for the upcoming 2017 elections as a top priority.
Meanwhile, the Unity Party Bong Chapter Saturday held a day-long close door retreat in Folobala, Jorquelleh District #2.
The retreat, according to Representative Moye, brought together several partisans of the UP from across Liberia and some senior members of the party, including Vice President Joseph Boakai and Secretary General Wilmot Paye.
