Dozens of commuters who were finding their way to the graduation of the Tubman University in Harper, Maryland County were greatly disappointed when one of the major bridges on the road linking to the main campus of the University was destroyed.
A report from that part of the Country also said many of the students and parents who were finding their way to the graduation of the University were stranded, while some of the students who were on their way for the graduation got drowned as a result of a canoe they were riding capsized in the river.
Residents of the County who spoke to our reporter called on the Liberian Government to see reason in reconstructing the damaged bridge which is the only outlet to the campus of the University.
