Police Admits Of Calling In Vandalark Patricks For Allegation Against Liberian Leader

chrizo1The Liberia National Police says it has called on  Vandalark Patricks in connection to a statement he made on Sunday. February 21, 2016 that President Sirleaf gave direct orders to shot at the then Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) Standard Bearer, Winston Tubman, Vice Standard Bearer, George Weah and murdered innocent and defenseless citizens on November 7, 2011.

A press release posted on the social media network (Face Book), the LNP release further said that Vandalark further in his statement accused the Liberian Government of hiring assassins to murder the former LPRC Managing Director, Mr. Harry Greaves and eliminate other political opponents in order to maintain state power.

The release further said Mr. Patricks was called in, in order to assist security authorities establish the facts surrounding his statement which the police said has the potential to under the security of the state.

The LNP said the statement issued by Mr. Patricks is grave and requires the establishment of its truthfulness fir the common good of the Liberian society, concluding, the LNP release signed by its Spokesperson, Sam Collins advised the public that no one is exempted from the law, noting that Mr. Patricks will be accorded his fundamental rights.
