Clinton: Some Risks Inevitable in Pursuing US Diplomacy

For the United States to lead in a dangerous world, it must continue to accept risks as it pursues diplomatic efforts, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told a Republican-led House committee investigating the deadly 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
