The talks on Iran's nuclear program continued in Switzerland Monday, with a Western diplomat saying there were three major outstanding issues as negotiators raced to beat their self-imposed deadline.
The diplomat told reporters in Lausanne the Iran and a group of six world powers had yet to agree on how long an agreement should last, how quickly economic sanctions should be lifted, and how they would be reinstated if Iran violated the terms of the deal. READ MORE OF THIS STORY
