Ebola patient Dr. Kent Brantly releases statement: ‘I am writing this update from my isolation room’

(RNS) Dr. Kent Brantley, the missionary who is being treated for Ebola at Emory University Hospital in Georgia, has released a statement about his condition and work in Africa.

Brantly, with Samaritan’s Purse, and Nancy Writebol, with Service in Mission, are medical missionaries who were infected with Ebola while working with patients in Liberia. Samaritan’s Purse released the following statement from Brantly to the media. READ MORE OF THIS STORY
