July 3 (UPI) — Massachusetts authorities arrested 11 heavily-armed men Saturday following an overnight standoff that resulted in the shutdown of an interstate highway and stay-at-home orders for nearby residents.

The incident along Interstate 95 in Wakefield, Mass., about 12 miles north of Boston, began around 1:30 a.m. when a state trooper noticed two vehicles in the breakdown lane with their hazard lights on.  draft special national budget.
