COVID-19 Enters The Senate, Deputy Secretary Confirmed Positive

The Liberian Senate has forced for two weeks recess as the deadly COVID-19 has showed its face in the corridor of that august body with the Deputy Secretary, Jannave Verdier-Massaquoi has been confirmed position of the virus.

As a result of this incident, the Senate Press Director, Jalawa Tonpo has disclosed  that the Senate leadership is contemplating taking an observatory two-week break following the disclosure of a staff within the administration being positive for the coronavirus.
