Information Minister Who Tested COVID-19 Positive Urge Liberians To Take The Virus Seriously

Liberia’s Minister of Information, Lenn Eugene Nagbe is calling on Liberians and other residents of Liberia to take the issue of the COVID-19 seriously, and abide by all precautionary measures in order to avoid the spreading of the virus.

Minister Nagbe speaking to VOA today, also urged all Liberians to avoid ignoring the existence of the Coronavirus on the soil of Liberia, noting that if any signs and symptoms of the virus is observed it will be important to visit health center.

That government official tested positive of the virtus means that the virus is indeed real, stressing, “To be a COVID-19 Positive is not that you’re on a death sentence, people should take the existence of this virus seriously,” Minister Nagbe told VOA.
