‘Excellent Service With Discipline’ GN Group Nduom CEO Guarantees Liberians

The Chief Executive Officer and President of Group Nduom, owner of GN Bank has renewed commitment of excellent service with discipline to Liberians and customers of the bank.

Dr. Papa KwesiNduom made the commitment Friday at the opening of the Randall street branch of GN Bank in Monrovia. The opening of the Randall street branch brings to two, branches of the bank in a year.

The bank has another branch in Kakata, Margibi County providing excellent services with discipline in that part of the country.

Dr. Nduom said GN Bank doesn’t take the issue of customer service likely and as such; the management of the bank is attaching importance to it to make it even better.

“Every time that I have come here and talk about banking in Liberia, I have been met with concerns. Concerns for customer service because some of the customers have to wait for a long period of time before they are served,” he said.

The Group Nduom’s boss further assured that the situation will be taken care of by working diligently.

“We want to take care of this so that no one will have to wait for a long period of time to be served. We will make sure that while you are being served, you are served by people who will look as someone who is happy, happy to see you and happy to do business with you. Customer service is indeed important to us,” he added.

He thanked the officials of the Central Bank of Liberia for the collaboration and vowed to ensure that it stays within the framework of the regulations as enshrined.

Dr. Nduom further praised the CBL for the improvement it has brought to the banking sector in the country.

Regarding the CBL’s financial inclusion policy, Dr. Nduom disclosed that at the end of the year 2017, the bank will implement its close to client policy in Liberia as it has been done in Ghana.

He said in Ghana, the bank has three hundred locations and they want same to be done in Liberia where everyone will has access to the bank.

“At the end of this year, we will implement our mobile banking services. Our people will come to you to receive the money and you will receive automatic text messages from the bank to assure you that your money is secure and in safe hands,” he noted.

He disclosed that in few years, GN Bank will be everywhere in the country, a commitment he said it is what the bank stands for.

“We are known as the people’s bank, and everywhere the people are, we must be there first,” he indicated.

According to him, due to the digitization of the world, they are exploring every means aim at making banking accessible and convenient to all.

GN Bank Liberia Limited (GN Bank) which acquired First International Bank of Liberia or FiBank, commenced banking operations on June 6, 2016 after obtaining a license from the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) to provide banking products and services to the Liberian public.
